A few hours after the Nazca flight, we hopped on a four-hour bus journey to Huacachina, a small oasis in the middle of the Peruvian dsesert. Roops decided we hadn't had enough Nazca hadn't provided us with enough adventure for the day, so we set off for an evening of dune-buggying and sand-boarding! Our driver drove up and down the huge sand dunes at some crazy speeds - it felt like we were on a roller coaster! And then we sped down the dunes, face first sliding down on a sand-board! Watched an amazing sunset before heading back to town...and being eaten alive by the mozzies as we slept!
